Terms & Conditions
- The account opening fee for the trading account depends on the plan chosen by the customer. The Demat account fee depends on the Demat account chosen by the customer (BSDA/Regular) and is ₹5000 for a savings account.
- There is no AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) for the Demat account for the first year. However, a fee of ₹700 (excluding taxes) is levied from the second year onwards.
- The person who is referred needs to open an account by clicking on the specific referral link shared with him/her. In case the referrer opens the account without clicking on the referral link, the referrer will not be eligible for the referral reward.
- The referrer will receive a referral reward within 7 working days after the Referer account is activated i.e. Demat and Trading account is opened after completing document and application verification as per SEBI/Exchange regulations and internal policies and procedures of the company.
- A customer can refer up to 100 customers in a month. The subscriber shall not receive any referral benefit for the customers referred more than the specified limit. This change will be effective from 4 June 2023.
- The referrer will get Rs 250 when the referred user opens a Demat and trading account successfully with ICICIdirect. The referrer will get an additional Rs. 500 if the referred user places a trade-in equity, F&O, or commodities segment within 30 days of account opening.
